Blogs I have done...

I have made 8 blog posts so far and I can say that it has been a plethora of things. It has ranged from being a fun downtime to a begrudging activity. Aside from that, the blog posts I gave me a look into my interest, feelings, and thoughts at the time I made those posts. The biggest thing making a blog gave me are memories where I can look back to just by going to this website.
The 1st blog I made was about something that each and every single one of us cannot live without, food. As you may know, my blogs are also my grades in Grammar. That is why my first post is about food. It was I who chose the topic but our teacher was just the one who gave us the choices. It made me remember my experiences with that kind of food (if you are interested check it down below). It was my first ever blog post and I enjoyed it.
The 2nd blog I made is about school. Its title is "My First Blog". I know that I said that my first blog is about food but I made a mistake in my posting order. I am just human after all. It is about my school, Abbas. It is all about my first days and the things I saw, felt, and though.  In this blog post I will share with you my thoughs, opinions, and experiences when I first experienced the Abbas Orchard Davao experience. If you haven't read it I invite you to read it down below.
The 3rd blog post I posted is "Hobbies and Interests". When I go back and read this post, I can see and know that writing this one was easy for me. I wrote about myself. My hobbies and interests. Aside from this I also opened up about my hobbies and interests. I also got a reward for making this post. I learned a bit more about my hobbies and interests. From reading this post of mine I read that the entire thing I wrote about  is true. If you want to see it just read the post at the bottom of this website.
My 4th blog post is "Sports". For this post, I did a bit of research and learned a whole bunch of new things. Since the topic was about sports, I had to write about my favorite one, football. You can also read about my experiences and opinions about the sport I play and what I feel are the most important things about football. While writing this one I remember a lot of my experiences playing and a lot of games that I watched. If you are interested about this post. You know where it is.
We are now on my 5th blog post. It is all about video games. I recalled a lot of my experiences with video games, all fun ones. In there, I wrote the ones I liked before and the ones I like now. This blog post is one I had to think back a lot too. It also had an explanation on why video games can be good or bad. It gives you a lot of opinions on video games. Is it something that you would be interested in reading it? Yes. It is also down below.

Onto my 6th blog post. The title is "The Abbas Orchard Experience". In this blog post you will read about the experience that the school Abbas Orchard will give you. I just wrote about every single thing I know about the school and the experiences I experience. Most importantly, the people I met and got to know. I had so much fun remembering my experiences in school so that I can make the post. Feel like this is something you want to read? You can still find it on this site.

The 7th one is something new. It is unlike the other posts I have made. The title is "New Beginnings". I made this one last September. During this time, I had a hard time choosing a topic because I had made a lot of drafts but then I could not finish it or I would have no more things to talk about in that topic. I then chose the topic "New Beginnings". I wrote about the new beginnings I have gone through recently. I also wrote about the opinions I have about the topic of new beginnings. This particular topic gave me a lot of moments. Moments of being in a deep thought. I continually though to myself "What are new beginnings for me". The answers to that question can be found in that post. I had a lot of fun doing this because I discovered a lot about myself during the time I used making that post. This post has more emotion compared to the others and it may teach you a thing or two. Check it out down below.

My final blog before this one,"Amaterasu, A Tale of The Gods" It is all about the Japanese story Amaterasu. It will give you a peek into how the Japanese thought about their gods. This was given by our teacher as our topic in the blog. It also shows my opinion on the whole story. I also put the lessons I learned there. This post can be found here.

I have now made 8 blogs and this one would be the 9th one. The time, energy, and thoughts I have put into all these blogs are an accomplishment for me. I would not even have done a blog before. I simply do not have any reason to make a blog. In the future when I have finished this school year, I hope to read all my blog posts and realize the thoughts and feelings I had before.  I also hope to keep posting even though this school year have ended. Thanks for reading! What are your thoughts about this post? Comment it down below.

Amaterasu, A tale of the Gods

A tale of the gods, Amaterasu. It is a story full of lessons. A story that is fiction. In this story you can and probably will have a new view on the myths about Gods and Goddesses. Most of all it is a representation of the Japanese culture.

Amaterasu is a story about how the Japanese people think their Gods started. It all started with the introduction of the first family in the world. The father went on to become the Lord of the Heavens. His mother the Lady of the Underworld. The remaining children remained on the bridge linking the heavens and the underworld. He kept wining and wining because of this. He also knows that if he was in the Underworld he can never get out of it again.  His constant complaining reached new heights when Amaterasu, his sister was given the jeweled necklace and made goddess of the sun. Finally, his father has had enough and told him to leave instead of making other people's lives up there miserable. He felt bad but before he left he had to say goodbye to his sister, Amaterasu. Like a wild bull, Susanoo began taking his anger upon other things because of him being in a bad mood. The noise of this caused his sister to flee and hide. When they saw each other they had a very heated argument. Amaterasu soon left. Her presence was the kept the world warm and without her the world went into a state of darkness. The good spirits noticed and found a way to get her out again. This all ended with the banishment of Susanoo.

Susanoo is the story's antagonist. He was the source of trouble. He was also a child who grew up with no mother. I feel that his behavior could have been different only if he had his mother. He was mourning for her. It was the main reason for his complaining. In the end, I only think of what could he have been if his mother was there.

Amaterasu is the name of  the protagonist and the title of this story. She is the sun goddess. The earth's main source of life. Without her every single thing in the world can break but with all the power she has, she also has feelings. She has happiness, fear, anger and all of this are evident. She may have been a goddess but she also has a sense of humanity, the feelings she had.

There are a lot of lessons in this story. A lot of which are lessons that humanity must never forget. Down below I will state and explain each and everyone.

The first and most important one is the importance of family. We would never have been in this earth if it weren't for our parents. This can be related to the story because of Susanoo. The negativeness of him are the effects of not having a family. Being sibling is also included. It is happier to live with brothers and sisters rather than just being alone. I grew up without brothers and sisters. It was not until I reached grade school that I had a brother and it was very different. Everything changed. Now I already have another brother and I realized something. It is a lot better than it was when I was just all alone. Although, it would have been better if the difference in our ages would have been closer. It would have been better because it would be easier for you to understand them. This can be related to the story. The whole story's main lesson and the lesson, I see most evident is the importance of family.

Another lesson is the lesson of being happy with what you have. Especially in hard times, look around you and you will find that you are not the only one with problems. In life it is very hard to not have any moment where you say "I want to stop". I have had it a lot of times in my life and I can say that the things that motivate or inspire me are all in my heart. My family, friends, and dreams are what keeps me late at night and keeps me motivated in doing what I have to. In some times though, you have to be happy with what you have. I do also believe that ambition is a great thing and it pushes us into greatness. At some point, we need to think and ask ourselves "do I really need this"? My main point is that things that are unchangeable like the thing God gave you while it is not wrong to work for a better life. How about you, What's your view on this?

Last but not at least, actions have consequences. Like Newtons law, every action has an opposite reaction. Susanoo's actions have made bad reactions. The loss of Amaterasu gave a very bad effect. The world had no sun. This caused a lot of bad side effects. In the end, Susanoo got banished because of all the wrong he has gone. Do you think this was a right judgement.

The first ever Japanese story I have ever read. It was a new experience. I would say that it is not actually very different but it has a lot of distinct qualities. It was fun because I knew that this was a new thing and I have new knowledge. I learned about the Japanese culture. A new experience and I look forward to reading this kind of stories in the future! How about you?

This book is also a representation of the Japanese culture. Most of all, the Japanese belief in how their Gods started. It is and will always be part of the Japanese culture.

New Beginnings

Today, my topic would be about new beginnings. Everyone, in one point of their lives has experienced new beginnings or new starts. We all experience this the minute we are born because at that moment we have already experienced a new start. We are introduced to the real world. For me a new beginning in life is just like a new chapter in the book that is about my life.

For every major change in any person’s life it is a new beginning. A new chapter.  It is never easy when a major change in your life comes because you will never know in the first place ether it is a bad or good thing. Even the best of things have a sad part and even the worst of things can bring up something good in you. A new beginning also offers us a fresh start.  An opportunity to get away from the past and start over. For me a new beginning is simply a new experience and the experience that I have had before will never be forgotten but remembered. I will bring with me the lessons, friends and experiences I have had and I will never forget them when I go into this new chapter of my life.

The best new beginning that I have ever felt would probably be something that everyone has experienced would be my transition from grade school into high school. I know that it is not really hard to get through grade school but I am happy of that achievement. A great part of it would also be the people I  met, the lessons I  learned, the places I went and other things would be part of that whole grade school life. This was a great learning experience for me.

In my high school life I don't think that I have experienced a new major change in my life yet. The new beginning that I would be looking into as the one I wanted to experience the most would be my graduation and start of college. I look at it as a stepping point of myself as a boy to a man. The moment I reach college, I know that I would be on my own. There would be no one to look after me anymore. No one to look at my actions and remind me of how I should be acting. I look forward to this and I know that in the end, this would make me a better individual. I will be more responsible, I will also be a better in all aspects after this, hopefully.

New beginnings aren't really school related but since my blog is for school all I write can one way or another relate to school. In school the latest start for me is the 2nd trimester. The 1st trimester P.S.T.C is already done. It is a conference in which the parents, teachers, and the student will sit down with the parents and talk grades. It was making me anxious whether I would have failures or not but thankfully I did not have. In this coming 2nd trimester I look forward to the activities. I am most excited about the new physical education subject, soccer. I also look forward to tackling the new lessons we would have in all our subjects. I will make sure that this would be the last school related paragraph in this whole post.

In some beginnings, you have to give up on some things. A lot of people have experienced having to go away from friends, home, and most importantly their family. This is especially evident in our Phillipine overseas workers. A lot of them have to leave their families just to work. This is the sad truth about new beginnings, they aren't always nice.

Sometimes I wish that we could just start over whenever we want. In text, actions or other things I do, Especially when given tough choices. Choices that are telling you that if you attend one event, you can't attend the other one. This choice suck. Most notably, I suck at this choices. I have heard those things so many times and every time, I end up making the wrong choice. It can also be in the things you say. Too often, I wish that the words that I said would have been better. Especially when other people take your word badly. It can also be that what you have said gave out the wrong impression. I recall those moments when I just wish that I can turn back time and just gave out different messages. Did you ever have these experiences?

New beginnings aren't always caused by uncontrollable events. We can also choose to go through these events. For example, you are given the option to start a new life in a remote island. All need are given. The whole place is yours. This is a new beginning that would be very hard to resist. In the end it is just a offer and so you have the option to choose or politely disagree. When in the right age, everything can be a choice and I think that this is a freedom that is needed to be used right when the time comes.

Like I said new beginnings are like new starts. In fact it is the same. Whenever a new beginning starts, you should not be scared but you just have to be mentally prepared to adjust to the change. You have to be prepared to face the challenge or rise from underneath the ashes. Especially in situations where the odds  are stacked against you. You have to pick yourself up and never give up. This is easier said than done but in the end, we will never know our actions in that situation unless we are actually in that situation. My point is that you never know what will happen unless it happens.

When experiencing new beginnings, it can be for the good or worse. It can make you stronger or weaker. You will never know what is going to happen. Finally, the best way to cope with it is to deal with it. That's all I can say about the topic " New Beginnings".

Thanks for reading. For you what are "New Beginnings"? Is it good or bad? If ever you want to share, just comment it down below.

The Abbas Orchard Experience

Have you ever heard about the school Abbas Orchard before? If not, don't be shocked. You aren't weird or living under a rock. In fact most people also haven't heard of it before. Whenever other people ask me where I go to school to, I say Abbas and they immediately say "Asan yan? Wala ko pa yan narinig noon". I then answer their question and then the word spreads about this new school. It may not yet be a household name but in the future, I hope that it may be part of those schools in the bracket of Ateneo,Stella and other schools.

So I guess the question going through your mind is "What is the Abbas Orchard experience?". I can say to you without a doubt it is a truly unique experience. A new perspective of learning and teaching, not only for the students but for all those that are involved. The question has a really easy answer, It is a very ground to earth experience. Literally, we have a outdoor farm. We grow food, till soil and in the future raise pigs and chickens. Like the school says "We are the children of the soil".

The Abbas Orchard experience is not only about the school but is also about the new things I got to learn and do there. It has a  lot of activities  foreign to other schools. It offers a lot of one of a kind experiences. This experiences have helped me grow as a student and most importantly, as a person. The experiences that come with Abbas are truly special.

An example of this would be the Odyssey. The Odyssey is kind of like a field trip but instead you go to foreign countries. We also went with other people from other campuses in our trip. It happens once every 6 years so in every chance you get, you have to make the most out of it. It was a very fun experience. We met knew people, saw new places, learned new things. The best part for me of the whole experience was meeting new friends. The sad part though is that we had to say goodbye. The Odyssey one of the best experiences Abbas has to offer and other school's don't have.

Another thing that only Abbas has to offer is the experience of having the whole entire high school in one classroom. It is nice to have friends older than you and tell you stories about how it would be like when I reach their level. It is also very good for us because we get to be exposed to their environments and also how busy it can be when I reach their level. Having those older, wiser and probably smarter be there and if needed, maybe you can ask for help. There are also some instances where we should all work together and those experiences can also be especially fun. Those people can also help us become more responsible and better because of their experiences. It is helpful to get knowledge about getting into college by just looking at their actions when applying for college. I learned one thing from watching them, it is so much harder then what I thought. They had to go to a lot of tests on the weekend and they all said that it was mind boggling. Which just comes to say, it is very very hard. Having those people around you whom have experienced what you have experienced is a cool option for advice. They are also more than just your classmate, they are your friends.

I have also experienced the Montessori method of teaching. Although this is also existent in other schools, I would also want to state this experience. The idea of being a community is great. Not because of everyone getting in trouble, when one makes a mistake but to share the responsibility of looking also onto others. We all have activities that we all do together. Being a community also made us work and focus better when we know that we have to finish something together. This makes everyone more responsible for one another.

The experience of the teacher in this school is very different. You get to talk with each other more frequently. You can seek advice with your problems and consult with them if you have difficulties. I'm not saying that you cannot do this things in other schools but I am just saying that the teacher in Abbas are more than just teachers. They can also be our friend, adviser, while still being our teacher. Teachers really do have an influence in our lives because all of those things that we get to learn are taught by them. For this, we should be thankful. The teachers in Abbas are great because they do more than just teach us academic lessons.

Last but not at least, it is the experience of having children in your surroundings. This can also make you adjust to other people. While other schools may have this but the one we have in our school is probably more up close and personal. They come and go into our classrooms. We can also voluntarily help them. It in turn helps us become better become role models because they can be easily influenced. Which tells us to be in our best behavior whenever they are around us. Having them around us is fun and amusing because they are cute and  have friendly attitudes. The main thing that comes with that benefit is the responsibility of becoming more responsible.

The conclusion of this is simple. Abbas is different in terms of method of teaching, field trips, students and teachers are all unique, in a great way. Abbas is not famous but it is alright. I hope you enjoyed reading this! How about you,What experiences do you remember or what experiences did you feel was the best in your school?

That's all I have got to say about "The Abbas Orchard Experience". I hope you enjoyed reading this.

What are Video Games?

What comes into your mind when I say video games? Fun, Cool, Amazing etc... When I hear the word video games the thing that best describes it is that it went viral very quickly. It began with Pac Man,Super Mario and things like that. Today there is  G.T.A 5,Fifa 14,and NBA 2k 14. Through the help of the advancements in technology the graphics became much better, the game play is much better and it has become a everyday habit to a lot of video game addicts. In this blog post I will be talking about video games.

There are a lot of video games out there. This is especially true. With the emergence of all this video game consoles and the greater distributions of the products required to play this games. The production of this products are getting bigger and bigger every day. Today, Video games can even be found in the most remote of places.

Video games have come a long way from video games. Thanks to technology video games are much more complex than before, the makers of this games has multiplied compared to the numbers of the makers of this game before. The best video game makers come from Japan. Japan has the best technology and are currently leading in advancements of modern technology. When comparing video games before and video games now you can really see a big difference.

People this days especially young people are getting caught up in video games. I don't think of this as  a problem because video games can actually be a nice bonding activity or it can bring people. I don't blame us young people for liking video games because what is not there to not like. My first experiences of video games came at a young age and I really liked it and it just turned out that at that age, almost everyone was playing the exact game. If you haven't thought of it yet... It's Pokemon! It was still new at that time and at that time I thought it was something everyone had to have. Although I'm not so sure about that. At a young age I think video games can actually help increase our imaginations and make us more creative. I am happy that I discovered video games at a young age and that in turn I think it made me become more creative and imaginative.

Today my favourite video game is Fifa 14. Although I don't get to use it as often as I did in the summer I still enjoy the times I get to play it. I like it a lot because it is a game about football. I love playing this game because I get to control the players and I get to do a lot of things that I cannot do in real life. The best examples for this are those beautiful, majestic long range goals I get to do in the game. I also like the chance of managing the players and get a peak of the modern footballer or manager's life. This game is not only liked by me but is also liked by people all over the world.

Like I said video games have also caused destruction to other people lives. I have seen this, experienced this, and experienced the bad effects of video games. Sure video games are fun but too much fun is also not good. I have seen people get too caught up in video games and therefore, took for granted their lives. I am also guilty of this. Before, I had a phase in which I got addicted to this game called D.O.T.A. or in the long cut defence of the ancients. It was kind of an addiction, I have played for hours and I barely noticed the time go by. I didn't even go hungry so in a way I let my body go. I played with my friends every weekend. I stopped playing when I realized that it wasn't the best way to spend time to spend with friends when I noticed myself playing in the computer instead of doing my assignments. A piece of advise stay away from video games that you hear are addicting!

I have said the bad part about video games and I also wish to attest something good about video games. Video games can also help you learn new things, teach you math, and give you a very good, interesting way of learning history thanks to the game Assassins Creed. We should also thank video games for making learning and being better in a fun interactive way. The Xbox Kinect can help make you fit and can also teach you dance routines through dance dance revolution. Sounds fun right?! This is all possible thanks to video games. We now have a new fun interactive way to do things!

Video games aren't only for the young. My elders ad probably other people's elders can also enjoy this advancement in technology, Video games. They can play games to sharpen their minds and they can also exercise using the video games that require sensors. I have tried the games in Xbox Kinect and let me tell you! It can really give you a work out with the right amount of time and effort. I believe that video games should not only be enjoyed by the youth but be there for all to enjoy! Don't you?

I guess that my main message is simple. Video games can be bad or good for you it just depends on the way you use it. Video games are for all ages and not just for the youth! Video games have come a long way from
Super Mario and things like that. It is everywhere! In the end, I guess you should only think of the way you use your blessings in the right way and not for the bad things.

Today's topic was about video games. I shared my opinions, experiences, advice and other things. How about you? Do you want to share anything? If so just comment it down below. I hope you learned or at least realized something new and thanks for reading!

SPORTS (MOST FAMOUS SPORT,IMPORTANT EVENTS AND ICONS)

My post for today is something everyone one of us have tried or at least heard about sports! Who doesn't love sports? It is a great source of fun and other things. I am pretty sure that every one of us have tried our best at a sport because it is done in school and if you don't go to school, you'r family might have already introduced you to sports. One of the most loved things in my life, sports.

The first sporting event ever held was in Greece at 776 B.C . People before did not have the equipment we have now so the thing used in their sporting events was only their body. Being an athlete before must have been hard because of the conditions and poor medical things before. The first things they probably had was athletics. It was hard before because of the things they didn't have before unlike now where there is sports science and other things that came with time. Sports has come along way from a long way back and now.

I will start by talking about the most famous sport in the entire world, football. It is the most famous around all countries due to the fact that it is very easy to play but to really become a maestro of the game is a very different ball game. Only a few ever reach the top or elite level but when you do reach the pinnacle it is hard to stay. The youth that started playing it  a young age generally follow it til their death and this is  a very big reason why football is the most famous sport in the world. Football is the most famous sport in the entire world and is going to stay that way.

Football also in come countries is not just  a sport. It is true. It has become a unifying force and even more for others. The kits are more like skins. The fans are considered to be new family members. The stadium are considered to be the home. The game is not only 90 mins but can be a lifetime. It is not just  a passion it is an emotion. It is also not just a game it is a emotion. Finally, it is not just a game it is a life because what ever happens out there in the pitch can change millions of lives. Take a look at all the reactions of the time when Sir Alex Ferguson retired and see the reaction of all those people and the tributes made in order of him. In other countries it is a tradition in which the family is supporting the same club from generation to generation. Football is not just the most famous sport because it is truly more than just  a sport.

Football is a ever evolving game. This causes changes coming in terms of dominance or style of play in at least every 10 years. The players at a elite level need to push their game or adjust in order to still be considered elite. The players that are the best need to be given respect because they are what keeps the game interesting and they give you that entertainment. The best of the best are usually that reach the top at  a young age and stay there. Today, the game is much more faster more pass and move if you were to compare it with before. This is probably because athletes today are better, faster, stronger and are given more and more knowledge. The change in the dominant formations or the best new style also keeps it interesting and makes the game a whole lot better.

The sport is also in that spot with all other sports trailing is a huge thanks to the stars who make it so great. The sport is also full of them the list would be so long and I honestly don't know who all of them are. I am still young which means the legends that I know are the ones that I have come by although I still do know a few who were already retired by 2008. The stars make the game entertaining and there are also some fans that get drawn in by a player's skill and so start supporting the club the player is playing for. Players do those memorable moments in the pitch and they really do deserve the credit.

The thing that makes the sport really famous are the clubs. The clubs history, tradition and prestige are the ones that are supported and the things they do on the pitch makes the sport famous. The sports most historic and prestigious club in world football is Manchester United. It may not have the same amount of trophies with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Ajax or Porto but it has the richest history and is the biggest club in world football. Just look at the club's fan base. The thing that makes me think of United as the biggest club is the history and colossal amount of fans. United started out as an average team unlike the latter who were already top dogs and the competition in their leagues are a 2- horse or even 1- horse league. No other team in La Liga can compare with Real Madrid and Barcelona. Manchester United plays in the best league in the world and still manages to dominate the trophies.Especially since Real Madrid has had the buying of buying Galacticos (players at their prime and are elite and pry them away from their clubs). Seen with the transfers of Bale,Ronaldo,Kaka and Beckham The history especially the Munich disaster is really what made United be remembered as a club that does not give up. The clubs are really the main source of fans for the sport. Football will surely remain as the worlds uncontested sport in the world.

This is the end of this post. I have given you a piece of football's history and if you thought that this was long you really haven't had  a taste of a quarter of the story. I hope you have learned something and I hope you enjoyed reading this. Bye!

CHINESE FOOD

Now for those reading this you must have already tasted this exquisite cuisine, if not, get out of your chair and go look for a Chinese restaurant near you!. Chinese Food is the topic I have chosen because I like this type of food has really endeared itself to me. If you continue reading, I hope that the next 6 paragraphs you read will interest you and give you new ideas and a new point of view about Chinese food.

Did you know that most people before didn’t have different varieties of restaurants to choose from? Now, people around the world can at least have an experience of this cuisine by looking for a Chinese recipe in the internet or by asking someone they know for a place to eat Chinese cuisine. People before didn’t have the luxury we have today. To experience food from other places, they would have to go there just to have a taste of their food. Today, we are fortunate for having this modern technology that allows us to share information faster because of the internet. We should be thankful that today, we have restaurants around us that actually originated in other countries.

So where did Chinese cuisine come from? The answer is quite obvious, China but what most people don’t know is that it wasn’t just China that gave a say in Chinese cuisine. It was also influenced also by other south-eastern Asia countries. You didn’t know that before did you? We now know where Chinese cuisine came from. It wasn’t only from China but a group effort from other south eastern Asia countries.

It’s my first time to write a blog and I can say that I have done a lot of research about Chinese Cuisine, its traditions and origins. According to a “travelguideinChina.com”, you should not eat directly when a person is greeting you or else they would feel disrespected and will cause displeasure. People in China have a tradition that the elders should have the best food presented to them first. This is to show the Chinese value of respect

When you think about Chinese food or cuisine chopsticks can’t be far away from your mind. Chopsticks look simple but don’t let your eyes deceive you it is actually hard. Like they say “simple but complex”. Chopsticks have been used by the Chinese and other countries for a long time now.  Did you know chopsticks make you smarter because of the muscles and joints used when using it? Smart, huh?

In China, Chinese cuisine is also evident in special occasions. For example, in birthdays they usually serve noodles in order to symbolize the longetivity of Chinese life. When a father learns that he is going to have a son he will serve red boiled eggs to his family and friends. Also in some Chinese holidays they would have food that is in the theme of that holiday. Chinese are so creative with their food. What type of food would you symbolize for  a specific holiday in your country?

This is now the end of what I have to say. I am thankful that you have read this whole article about Chinese food. I hope that you have learned something new and found what you were looking for when you clicked on this blog. Thanks for reading and have  a nice day!

Hobbies and Interests

I am a normal person and like any normal person I have interests and thing that I love to do in my downtime. Everyone must have a hobby or interest that keeps us busy. When a person is doing nothing or has no interests, he or she has nothing fun or great going on in their lives. It also makes us happy. If I didn't have any hobbies or interests I probably would be so so sad.

Interest is a very powerful feeling that can determine or affect a person. My interest in learning something new has always been a good way to understand it and not just memorize something. Interest also determines the way people act. Whenever I am in a public place I wouldn't notice something if I didn't find it interesting, the same goes for all people. Interest is a very very strong emotion.

In my opinion we wouldn't be alive if there was no interest. If our parents wasn't interested with one another they would have not fallen in love with each other. Interest also draws us to people. Interest is a feeling that can lead to even better emotions.

My main interest is football. In my spare time I love going out of the house and playing football.  Whenever it rains I would just watch football or watch it in my laptop. It brings me happiness whenever, the team I root for wins and whenever they lose, I feel bad. It is probably because I support them. It is probably more than my interest because I think about it everyday.

Football came to my life at a young age. I first got a taste of it when I was 8. At first I wasn't up to it, I only really became a fanatic at my 2nd or 3rd yr. of playing the sport when I was watching  a match and I saw an absolutely unstoppable rocket. From then on I have practiced y kicks to be as powerful and accurate as they can be. Today, I still play soccer but not like the rate before where I played it almost everyday. My last experience of serious training and  a tournament was last summer and since then, I have craved to play more and more. Football changed my life in a way that it was something that I remember doing from a relatively very young age.

I have a lot of other interests in life. It can be games, movies, and a lot more. Interest keep me busy when I have nothing to do. For me it is one of the best ways to unwind and relax. I also think that interests makes it easier to do things. If you are interested in learning something, you can do it better and faster just because you are interested in in it. Having a lot of interests is a good thing,It makes you learn more and know more about things.

Interest keeps me attentive. In class, I listen and understand more whenever I am interested. In movies I don't get sleepy but instead stay at the edge of my seat whenever I am interested. When I watch soccer matches I don't do other things but I just watch because of my interest in the game. When studying I focus in my book because I am interested on the things that I am studying. Interest is a very good thing to have when studying and doing other things that require focus.

Every single one of us has a hobby. It can be reading a book, playing games, watching movies and other things. Having a hobby is great because it can because it is a great stress reliever or a great source of joy. The bottom line is that having a hobby is good for you, whats yours?

Hobbies keep you occupied. Just like the definition of the word, a regular activity done in one's leisure time for pleasure. For me it is more than just that because a hobby has helped a lot of people by keeping those people away from trouble. It is probably why people in jail are given a lot of activities in order to keep them out of trouble. My hobbies has also helped me become a better person. It gave me a exercise where I would not just stay at home but I would go outside and play. In turn I just did a work out thanks to my hobby. A hobby can also be reading books. It helps people who have this as a hobby because they gain a better vocabulary and learn something new. Hobbies doesn't just give you a source of fun but it gives you a whole lot more...

My favorite hobbies are going out with friends, playing soccer, playing video games and watching soccer. These things are fun and at the same time gets my mid out of my problems. Who doesn't love going out with friends?, there are people like this but they must have a problem. It is very fun to go out with friends because of the company of your friends, It can be watching a movie, playing any kind or sport or just walking around the mall. It is still fun because of their company. Playing soccer is best when you do it with friends. I still remember the good old days when me and my friends would play soccer everyday after lunch. Those days are now gone because Abbas is a lot smaller than my previous school. Playing video games is a hobby that I don't probably do much anymore because I prefer doing other things. I now barely play any video games. My last hobby is watching soccer. This hobby only happens barely because there isn't much coverage of the games here in the Philippines. These are the thing I love doing most in my downtime, how about you?

I chose the topic hobbies and interest. I chose it because I wanted to write about my view on what hobbies and interests are. I also chose it because I wanted to write about my hobbies and interests. Thanks for reading!

My First Blog

This is the first blog I have ever made. When I heard that we were going to create a blog I was both nervous and happy at the same time. It was not the happy that is happy it was the kind of happy where I was actually very anxious of making a blog. The year before I thought about the blog as something people who are addicted to the computer do. A year ago I was not used to hearing about this things and so at first I thought it was weird. I would probably think of myself weird if I did this a year ago. So this is my first ever experience in blog making.

The topic I would like to talk about is school. Abbas is not your ordinary school. It is actually very weird if you have just arrived. I have been to 2 schools before and I can really say that, only in Abbas will you experience this. If you were studying at a different school and suddenly go to Abbas you will be in for a shock!

The first thing you would really notice is difference in people. I arrived here and the people that I have just met weren't the people that I am used to. Particularly the old students while the new students were a lot easier to be with. The first time I saw my classmates I was, to be nice shocked. The people were so over reactive especially Bea and Dennise. They were so noisy. My first impression of them was that they were very dramatic. The way they talk would not do well for them if the people they were with aren't used to them. In honesty I didn't speak too much about myself feeling annoyed by the way they talk and their personality. This was because I thought that students, who have been here a year before or more was unique. I would talk about this in my next blog because I don't think it would fit.

The school was also very different. It was very small. I could see children playing around and saw that the place was so small. I also thought that the school should be divided because some of the kids in the lower levels are kinda weird. I understand that some of them have disabilities. For me the school being small made me be around them more and there are some kids who really just annoy me.

The school had only one classroom for the whole entire classroom. It was peculiar. It was the first I have heard about  a school housing the entire high school in one classroom. The result was that you can forge friendships with people older and younger than you. It was fun because they can tell you the feeling of being their age and the things that you have to do when you reach their level. I loved this thing about Abbas.

There were also a bright side to the school being small. It made seeing the very cute children easier. Seeing them be happy makes me smile because I like cute children being happy. This was one of the best parts of having  a small school. The children can make you smile.

My first days was a very weird transitional phase. We arrived in school and then we had to work? I wasn't fully up to it at first so I used this time to get to know the people here. One of the first people I got to know was the guys because they were easier to get along with. I also wished that we had a bigger class. Abbas was definitely new.

The farm, kitchen and classroom chores was all new. I didn't like to do those things before because I was sleepy during that time and it was weird to go farming because I am sure none of us would be farmers when we grew up. I eventually got used to it.

I didn't like the sport we studied in p.e.A big reason is that this sport didn't have us go somewhere and we just did it in school. I would have actually prefer any other ball sport than martial arts. It was not the most fun of sports and it was very tiring. It would take a few days for me to get back to normal after p.e. It was not fun to have moo duk kwan for the whole year.

The term "Marketing and Coffee house" sounded alien for me. It was my first time to hear about it. Marketing was such a fun experience. We went to the wet market and we all experienced the foul smell but with it we also experienced  a very good experience. My first thought on coffee house was that we all had to sit down and talk with  a cup of coffee. I was so wrong we actually had to do something like a talent show. For me now those things are just normal.

My first coffee house was an up and down experience. We had to practice in the science lab. A very small room. It was hot and a lot of people were arguing. It resulted in people getting pist off and people crying. This made me think of these people as so dramatic because they were very sensitive. In the end we performed and it was just average if you consider us as average singers.

Marketing is one of the best experiences you can experience if you go to Abbas. I had fun going to the supermarket with classmates because it made for good bonding time. It was refreshing to eat out after marketting because we also talked with each other during eating. It was very fun.

The field trips in Abbas is the best in my opinion. Other schools go to the same places every year while our field trips are overnight and happens outside the city. We went to Vietnam and Balik Bukid and it was both memorable experiences.

Abbas is a school not as famous as Ateneo,Stella or Davao Christian but this is one school that definitely has no other quite like it.  The people, school space, classroom, activities are all part of the packages. In the end I am also proud to say that I come from Abbas.
